About Mission Green SL
Mission Green Sri Lanka is a non-profit, youth-led environmental movement committed to building a cleaner, greener, and more conscious future across the island. We are powered by a diverse team of professionals, doctors, students, and passionate changemakers from all walks of life — united by one purpose: to protect our planet.
What began in Puttalam has now become a nationwide movement. We conduct workshops, cleanups, tree planting, and conservation projects across urban, rural, and coastal communities in Sri Lanka.
Our initiatives are centered around three pillars:
• Reforestation — Restoring green cover through tree planting and ecosystem regeneration.
• Waste Management — Reducing pollution through recycling drives and cleanups.
• Education & Awareness — Hosting workshops, school programs, and digital campaigns that empower future generations.

Our vision is to build a world where people live in peace with nature — a Sri Lanka that thrives through harmony between its communities and the environment. We envision a future where green thinking becomes a way of life, and every individual takes part in protecting and preserving the planet for generations to come.

We aim to raise awareness about pressing environmental challenges, encourage sustainable practices, and lead impactful projects such as tree planting, waste management, and educational workshops.
